Ribbon Blender a high quality stainless steel blending equipments suitable for pharmaceutical and food industries. The Ribbon Blender has product container, control panel and the frame made from SS304 material. We also offer the standard Ribbon blender in MS material to suite various industry requirements. Ribbon blender is a versatile mixing equipment for mixing of dry granules & powders homogeneously. Approximate 70% of the volume of the container is filled with the product for uniform mixing. Product can be filled from top and the final product can be discharged in to the container via a butterfly valve. Specially designed container and the mixing ribbons ensures that the material is mixed uniformly with out any clogging in the corners. Product is moved from center to the side of the container. Optional microprocessor based controls helps to set various operational modes such as cyclic, uni directional, time based, sprayer etc.
